The therapeutic relationship is first and foremost a creative collaboration, one grounded in compassion, deepened through curiosity, and nurtured through time. My goal is to support individuals tap into their own inner wisdom as they collaboratively mine the personal and collective unconscious for guidance and imagine new possibilities for growth.

As a depth-oriented psychotherapist, I support my patients in exploring their deeper selves. Active imagination, dreams, and fantasies can provide important insight into one’s self for healing. Often stressors and symptoms are revealed in understanding and imagining this work. For some, exploring the work through the creative process or images can be a powerful way to better understand one’s self. Additionally, humor has become an essential component of how I relate to the world, and one that I bring into the work of psychotherapy.
